Meet Noelle...

The first week of English class was pretty interesting meeting new people and getting to know a few. Last Friday I had the honor of getting to know Noelle Novak. Noelle is a 17 year old high school student at Nazareth High School in Pennsylvania. She is apart of the duel enrollment program at NCC which gives her the opportunity to take college courses while finishing her senior year of high school. Before starting the dual enrollment program at NCC she worked at a pizza shop, juggling both high school and college work is not easy by any means but essentially school work comes first and she ended up having to leave but still misses it there. In high school Noelle cheers for the football & basketball team as well as competition. As the middle child and the only daughter she is very close to her family especially her mother, she also lives with her father and two brothers that are involved in many sports. Currently Noelle is torn between going to either Lehigh or Monmouth University next fall, she intends on majoring in Biology. In 10 years she sees herself graduated from grad school with her masters to become a Genetic Researcher working in any hospital near her. After she is done with all her schooling she would like to settle down, get married and start a family with 2-3 children. Noelle is an absolute sweetheart, I really enjoyed getting to know her!

Hey guys, my name is Stephanie Haddad but just Steph is cool too. This is my first year in college, majoring in Health Care Office Coordinator. Currently residing in the resident halls but born and raised in New Jersey. I like anything involving the out doors, hiking, camping you name, it I like it. I love my dog and jeep more than anything in the world. Living in Pennsylvania for about a week now has been a pretty cool experience, definitely a big change from where I'm from. Back home all I had to do was open my front door and the beach was right there, laying out a beach towel out on the volleyball court by the residents hall doesn't sound like a bad idea anymore! This is terrible no one in Pennsylvania knows what pork roll is, like how does one not know what it is?! It would have been helpful if someone taught me to pump my own gas before I moved out here, we don't pump our gas in NJ but in PA you guys do. I learned that real quick when I was outside the gas station for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to do it, little did I know you do it yourself here. And at that point I drove away, feel free to help a girl out I still don't know how to. On that note, welcome to my blog and stay tuned for more to come.
